The challenge
RenH Connect wants business owners to know up front where they stand, with no hidden costs. The audience is mainly freelancers and SMEs.

Our approach
We built a pricing module where the monthly fee scales with the number of bank transactions and with the legal form (sole proprietorship, general partnership or BV), and for a partnership also with the number of partners. Extra modules such as payroll, income tax returns and OSS VAT are added separately. An introductory call can be booked straight away via Calendly.

The result
Visitors immediately see a price estimate that fits their situation and book an introduction without any extra step. That saves time on both sides.
