The challenge
Kwastwerk paints houses in Rotterdam and the surrounding area from start to finish, with fixed prices upfront and payment only after the work is approved. Alongside a clear customer-facing site, they needed a system to manage quotes, customers and their own team, which used to run separately.

Our approach
We built a clear site with fixed prices per square metre for interior and exterior painting and surface prep, a quote request with a response within 24 hours, and contact by phone, WhatsApp or form. On top of that we delivered an extensive dashboard with a CRM and staff management, so Kwastwerk manages customers, quotes and the team in one place.

The result
Customers see at a glance what painting work costs and request a quote without hassle. Internally, Kwastwerk now runs on one system for customer management and planning instead of separate lists, matching their promise of getting it "sorted".
