The challenge
Aza Natural sells natural care products from Rotterdam: oils, essential oils, butters, soaps, clays, powders and hammam products. The Shopify store already existed, with a large range. It needed to become calmer and faster, with all product information in one place, within the existing style and without losing its green.

Our approach
We took over the existing theme and rebuilt it in rounds into a custom theme with its own sections, building things ourselves instead of adding separate apps where we could. New features include a DIY Lab where you put together your own care product step by step, recipe pages that calculate the ingredients for the amount you choose and add everything to the cart in one go, and a notice with alternatives when a product is sold out. We also made the store faster and more stable: pages no longer shift while loading.

Customers choose by skin need, category or recipe and order everything they need in one go. Aza Natural keeps its own store, products and style, with a theme that is calmer and faster.
