Summary
Platform for online personal training: intake and sign-up, a digital agreement and dedicated environments for the founder, trainers and participants.
What we did and what it delivered
From first idea to launch: the choices that made this project stronger.
The challenge
365 Personal Training coaches participants online on training, nutrition and progress, with one dedicated trainer and a twelve-month membership. Participants start at four fixed moments a year. That calls for more than a website: sign-up, intake, the agreement and the coaching itself need to come together in one place.
⠀
Our approach
We built a public site where you choose a free intake (online or on location) or sign up directly, with a digital agreement, a 14-day cooling-off period and online withdrawal without an account. Behind it sit separate environments for the founder, the trainers and the participants: reviewing sign-ups and assigning trainers, creating and publishing training schedules and nutrition plans, and as a participant tracking your plan, progress and check-ins and sending messages. The monthly payment runs through a SEPA direct debit mandate with Mollie.
⠀
The result
Participants see their start date and what the membership costs before they agree, and afterwards have their schedule, nutrition and progress in one place. The trainer works from the same environment.
